Application
The working principle of the fully automatic vacuum coating machine: Metal aluminum melts at high temperature in a vacuum state, and vaporizes and evaporates to deposit on the surface of the coated material in a molecular atomic state, forming a layer of high-brightness metal aluminum film.
The machine is suitable for metallized various roll materials, such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, PVC, twisted PET, nylon film, cigarette pack film, hot stamping transfer film, and various high-end holographic anti-counterfeiting films and other roll films.

- New evaporation source design: (top clamp, staggered arrangement) improves the evaporation rate of aluminum, makes cleaning easier, increases the speed of replacing the evaporation boat, and saves time.
- The use of double coating drum cooling improves the brightness of the film and the firmness of the aluminum. At the same time, the refrigeration temperature does not need to be too low to cool the aluminum film better; it shortens the working and heating time of the compressor and extends the service life of the equipment,thus achieving the effect of energy saving.
- It adopts the most advanced digital control system in Germany and is driven synchronously by 4 Siemens AC servo motors to achieve constant tension winding.
- System integrates PLC controlled stepper motor single wire feeding system, which can realize single and unified wire feeding modes.
